Ang pamatasan sa akong pagkinabuhi

Pamatasan akoang pinaka-importante

Sa dugay sa akong pagkinabuhi dire

Dungag nakong nahunahunaan, makusganon

Mas labaw pa kaysa kamatuoran

Kaysa pag-iskwela, kaysa kagahapon

Kaysa kabtangan, kaysa nangapanghitabo

Kaysa kapakyasan, kadaugan.

Kaysa unsa ubang tawo mahunahunaan

Mas importante kaysa presensya, sa masulti

O mabuhat, kasinatian o kahibalo

Sa kompanya, sa simbahan o sa panimalay.

Mahitungod sa pamatasan adlaw-adlaw

Dili nato mausab ang kamatuoran

Tawo sa lain laing pamaagi mabuhat

Kadaugan

Pamaagi ato mabuhat modula lang

Kwirdas naa sa ato, mao na pamatasan

Ug naa sa imo ang angay nga buhaton kay

Kita ang kasaligan sa atong pamatasan

Pamatasan kinahanglan atong ampingan

Sa atong pagkinabuhi naa tay pagpugong

Biography

He is Stephen Lavarez Caboverde, a student of AMA Computer College, taking up Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He recently study computer programming and rational software architecture as a requirement of his course. And he likes to write a program, create software products and making data analysis, also he likes to write poems and other literally works such as drawing and reading history books.

Analysis

The poem entitled “Pamatasan”, reveals value of the writer in his/her attitude. We’re the writer specifies that attitude must be care off other than knowledge, strength etc. to reason out that attitude reveals the true person, how you look, how you judge person and many others. You can hide your real face, hide your identity but it is hard to hide ones attitude. We must remember that attitude is one of the basis of good living.
